How the Esquina Kiosk Works

Simple for Residents. Invisible for Your Team.

The Esquina system is intentionally designed to stay out of the way of building operations.

Residents place orders through the Esquina kiosk or by scanning a QR code on their phone. Orders are processed digitally and fulfilled from a nearby Esquina storage hub. Items are delivered directly to the lobby or resident door, depending on building preference.

From the building’s perspective, there is nothing to manage.

Property staff are not involved in ordering, payments, inventory, delivery, or customer service. There is no cash handling, no stocking, and no operational burden placed on the building team.

All Esquina requires is a power source, connectivity, and a small placement area in a shared space.
